Abstract:
In the operation of water diversion systems, sudden power outage is one of the common adverse conditions. In order to provide scientific decision-making basis for dispatchers to take timely and effective response methods, it is necessary to study the emergency response scheme. Taking the typical canal section of Jiaodong Water Diversion Project in Shandong Province (Xinzhuang Pumping Station to Huangshuihe Pumping Station) as an example, this paper established a one-dimensional unsteady flow mathematical model to simulate and calculate the steady-state operation of the canal section in three cases: sudden power outage of the whole system, sudden power outage of the upper station and sudden power outage of the lower station. According to the simulation results, a series of emergency control schemes were proposed, and the optimal control scheme was selected under the premise of ensuring the safety of water conveyance. The research results can provide a solid basis for the dispatching decision of sudden power outages in similar water diversion systems.
