三峡梯级水库调度自动化系统异地灾备设计实现

    Design and implementation of remote disaster recovery for hydropower dispatching automation system of Three Gorges cascade reservoirs

    • 摘要: 为满足乌东德、白鹤滩、溪洛渡、向家坝、三峡、葛洲坝6座梯级水库统一调度要求,需要对现有三峡(宜昌)、成都和昆明三地水调自动化系统进行整合,以构建一套统一管理、功能完整的流域梯级水调自动化系统。首先梳理了国内外相关异地灾备技术现状,主要从数据采集互备、远距离数据库复制、应用互备3个方面开展了灾备设计研究;基于国产自主可控思想,大胆采用了国产达梦DMHS数据库远程复制技术来进行异地数据实时同步;通过在百万级数据的复制效率方面与国外Oracle Goldengate数据库进行对比分析,发现国产数据库数据性能表现优异,满足应用需要。改造完成后的三峡梯级水调自动化系统将形成“统一平台、分区应用”的流域梯级水调自动化系统统一应用平台,相关设计思想可供其他水调系统改造参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the unified operation requirements of the Wudongde, Baihetan, Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba, Three Gorges and Gezhouba cascade reservoirs on the Changjaing River,it is necessary to integrate the dispersed existing hydropower operation automation systems at Yichang, Chengdu and Kunming to build a set of basin-scale cascade hydropower operation automation system with unified management and complete functions. We first sort out the status of remote disaster recovery, thus carry out design mainly considering three aspects: data acquisition and mutual backup, remote database replication and application mutual backup. Adhering to principle of self-reliant on key technology, we boldly adopt the domestic DMHS database remote replication technology to conduct remote real-time data synchronization. Compared with Oracle Goldengate database in terms of the replication efficiency of millions of data, its data performance is excellent and meets the needs of applications. After the transformation, the Three Gorges cascade hydropower dispatch automation system will form a unified application platform with features of unified platform and zoning application, which could provide references for transformation of other hydropower dispatch systems.
