Abstract:
In order to analyze the solidification effect of dual-liquid grouting composite material on sandy soil, the influence of five factors, such as material type, water glass volume content, sand water content, water cement ratio and slurry dosage,on the compressive strength of sand consolidation body was studied. The test results showed that when the cement content is 40 % and the steel slag and ground slag content is 60 %,the cement-water glass slurry mixed with steel slag and ground slag has a significant curing effect on sand. For sand smaples with different water contents, the optimum volume fraction of water glass is different, and the volume fraction of water glass should be determined according to different geological conditions in practical engineering. When the water-cement ratio is in the range of 0.7~1.0,the slurry has better reinforcement effect on sand.Slurry dosage is the most influential factor on the strength of sand consolidation, and the slurry dosage and curing age have linear and power function relationship with consolidation strength respectively.
