Abstract:
Under the background of extreme dry water in the flood season of 2022,in addition, the water flow forecasting to be persistent low in the following dry season from 2022 to 2023,there were serious shortage conditions of water storage for the cascaded reservoirs in early September, and difficulties in water supply during the dry season.Through fully considering scheduling constraints under extra dry water conditions, we clarified the scheduling targets for the storage and supply water season in stages, and proposed a joint scheduling plan to guarantee the multi-target demand for water supply and navigation in the Yangtze River basin, and real-time forecast scheduling has been put into practice. The result reveal that the maximum storage capacity of the upstream cascaded reservoirs of the Yangtze River in early November reached 49.59 billion m3,which has achieved good water storage effect. And during the dry period(from December to April in next year),the upstream cascaded reservoirs is capable of implementing joint elimination scheduling to maintain the discharge flow of the Three Gorges dam at 7 000~7 500 m3/s, which can basically guarantee the demand for water supply, ecology, navigation and power generation in the middle and lower reaches of the main stream.
