水电站生态机组装机容量确定方法研究

    Determining method of installed capacity based on river ecological flow

    • 摘要: 为了合理准确确定河流生态电站装机容量,选择发电效益、机组利用效率、弃水和投资4部分为目标层,构建了生态电站装机方案的层次分析模型,并将该模型应用于唐白河流域鱼网系水电站。结果表明:该模型可以根据不同的目标重要度确定最优的装机方案,可以满足不同功能需求电站装机容量的确定,提高生态流量利用效率。提出的河流生态电站装机容量确定方法可以较好地确定生态流量装机方案,为水电站绿色改造中装机容量的论证决策提供必要的理论指导。

       

      Abstract: To rationally and accurately predict the installed capacity of the river ecological power station, four target layers, namely power generation benefit, unit utilization efficiency, waste water and investment were selected and an analytical hierarchy model of ecological power station installation scheme was developed.This model was applied in the Yuwangxi Hydropower Station on Tangbai River Basin.It is showed that the model can not only optimize the installation scheme based on the importance of targeted objectives, but also improve the efficiency of the ecological flow utilization by identifying the functional requirements of power station during installation.The proposed method can better determine the ecological flow installation scheme, which provides essential theoretical guidance for the decision-making of the installed capacity in the green transformation of hydropower stations.
