人工砂泥粉对混凝土性能不利影响分析

    Analysis on adverse effect of mud powder in artificial sand on concrete performance

    • 摘要: 人工砂中的泥粉对混凝土的力学、干燥收缩和耐久性能会产生不利影响。为了给人工砂生产和使用提供合理建议,梳理了已有文献中使用固定配合比配制不同含泥量或亚甲基蓝值(Methylene Blue Value,简称MB值)的人工砂混凝土,从混凝土强度、弹性模量、干燥收缩性能、耐久性4方面分析总结了混凝土性能受人工砂泥粉的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着人工砂MB值的增加,混凝土各项性能皆有劣化的趋势,且强度等级越高的混凝土受到的影响越大;人工砂MB值对混凝土抗压强度、干燥收缩性能、弹性模量有显著影响的临界值分别为1.2,1.45,2.1左右。

       

      Abstract: The mud powder in artificial sand has adverse effects on the mechanics, drying shrinkage and durability of concrete.In order to provide reasonable suggestions for the production and use of artificial sand, artificial sand concrete with different mud content or MB value(methylene blue value) was prepared by using fixed mix ratio, and the influence of mud powder in artificial sand on concrete performance was studied and summarized from four aspect: concrete strength, elastic modulus, drying shrinkage performance and durability.The results show that with the increase of MB value of artificial sand, the performance of concrete tends to deteriorate, and the higher the strength grade, the greater the impact on concrete.The critical values of MB value of artificial sand on compressive strength, drying shrinkage, durability and elastic modulus of concrete are about 1.2,1.4 and 2.1 respectively.
