Abstract:
In the anti-seepage structure of hydraulic asphalt concrete, the interfacial adhesion between asphalt and acidic aggregate is poor.Under long-term immersion environment, the asphalt film at the interface between asphalt and acidic aggregate is easily replaced by water, resulting in the separation of asphalt and aggregate, thus reducing the durability of the whole asphalt concrete structure.We try to improve the durability of asphalt concrete containing acidic aggregate by adding anti-stripping agent, and compare the mechanical properties and durability of asphalt concrete containing acidic aggregate and asphalt concrete containing alkaline aggregate with anti-stripping agent after long-term immersion and freeze-thaw cycles.The results showed that the addition of anti-stripping agent can effectively improve the bonding force between acid aggregate and asphalt, and improve the mechanical properties and durability of asphalt concrete containing acidic aggregate.Compared with asphalt concrete containing alkaline aggregate, asphalt concrete containing acidic aggregate by adding anti-stripping agent has better comprehensive performance and can be used in hydraulic anti-seepage buildings.
