Abstract:
In order to research the coordination relationship between the protection of water resources and the green development of society and economy in Jiangxi Province, a comprehensive evaluation index system of water resources protection-green development was constructed.The level of water resources protection and green development were evaluated by using a entropy weight method and a comprehensive index method, the coupling coordination degree and its main influencing factors of the two systems were discussed by using a coupling coordination degree model and an obstacle degree diagnosis model.The research results showed that:(1) Water resources protection level and green development level generally showed an upward trend in Jiangxi Province.(2) In 2019,the coupling coordination relationship between water resources protection and green development in Jiangxi Province was generally good.Except for Jingdezhen City which was in the stage of barely disordered decline stage, the rest of cities were in the primary coupling coordination stage or the well coupling coordination stage.The main impact indicators of the coupling coordination degree of water resources protection and green development in Jiangxi Province were the added value of tertiary industry, the intensity of investment in research and experimental development, per capita GDP,and daily sewage treatment volume.The research results can provide support for Jiangxi Province to formulate a water resource development and protection strategy that adapts to high-quality social and economic development.
