基于Civil 3D的弃渣场二三维一体化设计平台研究

    Study on 2D and 3D integration design platform for spoil area based on Civil 3D

    • 摘要: 为了弥补BIM建模软件Autodesk Civil 3D在水土保持工程设计中的局限性,解决传统弃渣场设计工作无专业辅助设计软件、信息化水平低、二三维设计转换困难等问题,利用C#语言、Winform界面开发、Civil 3D API及部件编辑器、MVC架构模式对Civil 3D平台进行二次开发。通过分析弃渣场各设计步骤的业务流程,研发了适用于水土保持工程弃渣场设计的专业平台,实现了容渣量分析、稳定性计算、以数据驱动为核心的快速建模与出图算量等功能,并应用于引洮供水二期(骨干)工程多个弃渣场的施工图设计中。结果表明:该平台将工程设计规范与带有步骤引导的可视化操作界面相关联,在弥补弃渣场设计无专业辅助软件的同时,极大地提高了设计效率和设计质量,有效地推动了弃渣场设计从二维向三维转换。

       

      Abstract: In order to remedy the limitations of Autodesk Civil3D in the design of water and soil conservation projects, and solve the traditional spoil area design problems, such as lack of professional auxiliary design software, low level of informatization, and difficulties in 2D and 3D design conversion, we adopt the method of secondary development of Civil 3D platform with C# language, Winform interface development, Civil 3D API and Subassembly Composer and MVC architecture mode.By analyzing the business process of each design step of the spoil area, a professional platform suitable for the design of the spoil area of water and soil conservation project is developed, which can realize the functions of slag capacity analysis, stability calculation, rapid modeling and mapping calculation.The platform has been successfully applied in the design of multiple spoil areas in water supply project of transferring water from Taohe River.The results showed that the platform associated the engineering design specifications with the visual operation interface of step guidance, which greatly improved the design efficiency and design quality while made up for the lack of professional auxiliary design software in the design of spoil areas, and effectively promoted the transformation of the design of spoil areas from two-dimensional to three-dimensional.
