Abstract:
There are many marshland wetlands distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River, they are faced with problems such as ecological function degradation, biodiversity reduction and habitat fragmentation.This paper takes the typical Changjiang River beach wetland, Lushuiwan wetland, as the study area.In view of the serious damages to the original landscape and structural integrity of its wetland ecosystem, taking restoring to the nearly natural river wetland ecosystem as the overall objective and with wading birds and swimming birds as the indicator species, we determine the habitat type and overall spatial layout on the basis of meeting the flood control requirements and hydrological characteristics of the Changjiang River.Three key technologies, wetland base restoration, wetland hydrology and water quality restoration, and wetland ecosystem structure restoration, are adopted to reconstruct the wetland ecosystem, and key technical schemes are proposed.The ideas, schemes and key technologies of wetland ecosystem reconstruction proposed in this paper can be applied to the Changjiang River shoreline wetland protection and environmental improvement project in Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing City, and provide reference for the ecological protection and restoration of beach wetlands in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River.
