水轮机调节系统运检合一虚拟仿真培训平台开发

    A virtual simulation training platform for integrated operation and maintenance of hydraulic turbine regulating system

    • 摘要: 为实现水轮机调节系统运行机理与检修知识的深度融合及可视化表达,搭建了水轮机调节系统运检合一虚拟仿真培训平台,以提高水电站运维及培训效率。利用3ds Max对水轮机调节系统部件及其在厂房的分布场景进行三维建模;基于Unity 3D引擎对水轮机调节系统检修流程进行多媒体动画演示与交互操作,并依据其工作原理与操作规程进行了全系统动态仿真建模。该平台实现了全系统虚拟漫游、三维交互式检修及虚拟运行功能,通过提供具有深度沉浸感的交互式学习环境,改变了传统低效的培训方式,可为水电站培训的标准化和专业化提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the deep fusion and visualization of the operation mechanism and maintenance knowledge of the hydraulic turbine regulating system, and to improve the efficiency of hydropower plant operation and maintenance training, a virtual simulation training platform for integrated operation and maintenance of hydraulic turbine regulating system is developed.3ds Max is used to model hydraulic turbine regulating system's components and the their distribution scenes in a plant in 3D;based on the Unity 3D engine, the maintenance process of the hydraulic turbine regulating system is demonstrated by multimedia animation and interactive operation, and the whole system dynamic simulation modeling is carried out according to its working principle and operating procedures.The platform can realize virtual roaming, three-dimensional interactive maintenance and virtual operation of the whole system.By providing an interactive learning environment with deep immersion, it changes the traditional inefficient maintenance training mode, and provides a reference for the standardization and specialization of hydropower station training.
