基于CATIA V6的BIM模型轻量化转换方法与实现

    • 摘要: 当前,CATIA V6作为主流CAD/CAE软件之一,在水利水电行业设计中得到广泛应用,但水电站设计模型通常具有体量大、不便于传输等特点,严重影响模型的全生命周期应用。模型轻量化成为数字孪生技术的重要研究内容,为此提出了一种基于CATIA V6的BIM模型轻量化转换方法。首先定义轻量模型存储结构,通过“参考-实例”方式建立构件之间的逻辑引用关系;然后采用解析算法和离散算法获取模型数据;最后将数据重组,形成轻量化格式的模型文件。在大型水利枢纽工程中的实例应用表明:该方法在不丢失模型信息的情况下,能最大限度压缩模型数据;通过该方法得到的轻量化模型,可以在工程项目数字化平台中快速加载并流畅显示,同时能够满足多种应用场景,提升了BIM模型在水利水电工程中的应用价值。

       

      Abstract: At present, CATIA V6,as one of the mainstream CAD/CAE software, is widely used in the water resource and hydropower industry.However, the design model of hydropower station usually has the characteristics of large volume and inconvenient information transmission, which seriously affects the whole life cycle application of the model.Model lightweight has become an important research content of digital twin technology, so a lightweight conversion method for BIM model based on CATIA V6 is proposed in this study.Firstly, a lightweight model storage structure is defined, and the logical reference relationship between components is established by the way of "reference-instance";secondly, analytical algorithm and discrete algorithm are used to obtain model data; finally, the data will be reorganized to form a lightweight model file.Experimental results show that this method can compress the model data to the maximum extent without losing the model information.The lightweight model obtained by this method can be quickly loaded and displayed smoothly in the digital platform of engineering projects.At the same time, it can meet a variety of application scenarios, and enhance the application value of BIM models in water resource and hydropower engineering.
