Abstract:
To scientifically evaluate the operation effect of sewage treatment facilities, an evaluation index system for the operation effect of integrated sewage treatment facilities containing 12 indicators was established from four perspectives, such as economy, technology, management and environment.Combined with the entropy weighting method and hierarchical analysis method to determine the weights, we utilized the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the operation effect of sewage treatment facilities in rural migrant resettlement areas in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.The results showed that from the perspective of the facility technique, the activated sludge method had obvious economic advantages, and the biofilm method had greater maintenance advantages, and the third-party operation and maintenance unit had significant advantages in terms of economy, technology and management.Among them, the secondary indicators of operation cost, stability of water quality and per investment had a greater impact on the evaluation, and it was recommended to consider these factors in the design and management of the treatment facility.The research results can provide important support for the Three Gorges Reservoir area water pollution management and rural habitat improvement work.
