工程安全综合评价模型研究及数字孪生应用

    Comprehensive evaluation model of engineering safety and application in digital twin

    • 摘要: 工程安全综合评价是实现工程安全“四预”的核心和关键,然而传统方法存在着难以全面、可靠、实时获取工程安全状态的问题。结合数字孪生水利工程建设,开展工程安全综合评价模型研究工作,提出了工程安全综合评价的总体技术路线,通过构建工程安全综合评价体系,制定了测点评判规则和逐级评判规则,通过融合安全监测数据、结构计算成果和巡视检查信息,综合判别工程安全运行性态;同时基于数字孪生平台框架,集成开发了工程安全综合评价功能模块。目前,研究成果已在数字孪生丹江口工程中实现了初步应用,模型评价结果合理,功能集成方案可行,可为同类数字孪生水利工程建设提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Engineering safety evaluation is the core and key to realizing the “four pre” of engineering safety.However, the traditional method is difficult to obtain the engineering safety state comprehensively, reliably and in real time.Combined with the construction of digital twin water conservancy projects, a research on comprehensive evaluation model of engineering safety was carried out in this paper, and the overall technical route of comprehensive evaluation of engineering safety was put forward.By constructing the comprehensive evaluation system of engineering safety, the evaluation rules of measuring points and step-by-step evaluation rules were formulated.By integrating safety monitoring data, structural calculation results and inspection information, the safe operation behavior of the project was comprehensively judged.At the same time, based on the digital twin platform framework, the comprehensive evaluation function module of engineering safety was integrated and developed.The research results have been preliminarily applied in the digital twin Danjiangkou project.The model evaluation results are reasonable and the functional integration scheme is feasible, which can provide reference for similar digital twin projects.
