Abstract:
Computer simulation technology is often used to simulate the construction progress of concrete dams, in which, a3D model of dams is generally used as the visual expression carrier.However, in this way the model granularity requirements are different during the design and construction simulation stages, the model data and simulation results are inconvenient to interact, and the visualization of construction progress simulation is not strong.In order to realize the rapid building of concrete dam model in different stages, the correlated application of model attributes and simulation data, and the high integration and interaction of progress simulation visualization display, a dynamic visualization method for concrete dam construction progress simulation based on3DE was proposed, and tools such as rapid segmentation of concrete dam model, batch calculation and extraction of attributes and data interaction, and dynamic display of construction progress simulation were developed.Finally, the concrete arch dam of Xulong Hydropower Station was taken as an example for practical application.The results showed that this method has the advantages of simple operation, non-destructive multiplexing of data and good visualization effect, which can provide a new idea for the dynamic visualization of concrete dam construction simulation progress.
