连接隧洞段断面类型对侧式进出水口水力特性影响
Influence of cross-section types of connecting tunnel segment on hydraulic characteristics of lateral inlet/outlet

摘要: 抽水蓄能电站实际工程布置中,侧式进/出水口与闸门井之间往往存在一定长度的连接隧洞段,目前设计过程中缺乏连接隧洞段横断面类型的选择依据。通过数值模拟手段开展了连接隧洞段横断面类型(圆型、城门洞型、方型)对侧式进/出水口水头损失、流速分布及流量分配等水力特性的影响规律研究。结果表明:出流工况下,连接隧洞段横断面为方型时其内部水平扩散和垂向扩散最充分,各项水力指标较好,水头损失系数有所减小但变化不大,流速分布及孔口流量分配更均匀,中、边孔口流速不均匀系数均小于1.5,流量不均匀程度均小于10%。进流工况下,不同连接隧洞段横断面类型对侧式进/出水口水力特性影响较小,各项水力指标均满足规范要求。研究成果可为侧式进/出水口连接隧洞段体型设计提供依据。Abstract: In the actual engineering layout of pumped storage power stations,there is a certain length of connecting tunnel segment between the lateral inlet/outlet and the gate shaft.At present,there is no selection basis for the cross-sectional type of the connecting tunnel segment in the design process.Therefore,in this paper,the influence of cross-section types ( circular,gate and square ) of connecting tunnel segment on hydraulic characteristics such as head loss,velocity distribution and flow distribution of lateral inlet/outlet was studied by means of numerical simulation.The results showed that under the outflow condition,when the cross-section was square,the internal horizontal diffusion and vertical diffusion were the most sufficient,the hydraulic indexes were better,the head loss coefficient decreased but did not change much,the flow velocity distribution and orifice flow distribution were more uniform,the non-uniformity coefficients of the middle and side orifice flow were less than 1.5,and the non-uniformity degrees of the flow were less than 10%.Under the inflow condition,different cross-section types of the connecting tunnel segment had little influence on the hydraulic characteristics of the lateral inlet/outlet,and all of the hydraulic indexes can meet the specification requirements.The research results can be a basis for the shape design of the connecting tunnel segments.
