Abstract: With the background of high-quality development and rural revitalization, resettlement provides opportunities for the restoration of production and living standards of reservoir resettlers and the economic and social development of resettlement areas.In order to systematically study the impact of resettlement on high-quality development of resettlers, based on the field investigation of 137 resettlers of the Luojiu Reservoir, an evaluation index system containing five dimensions, including industrial development, beautiful home, rural culture construction, social adaptation and quality of life, for the high-quality development of migrant resettlement was established using the AHP-TOPSIS method.The high-quality development levels of resettlers of different resettlement types before and after resettling were analyzed.On this basis, the coupling and coordination relationship among the five dimensions was explored.The results show that the resettlement work plays a positive role in the high-quality development of resettlers, and the order of high-quality development level is "resettlement within a village" > "resettlement in urban area" > "resettlement on a voluntary basis",which is consistent with the order of coupling and coordination degree among the five dimensions.Suggestions are made to promote high-quality development of resettlers in different resettlement modes.
