Abstract: Studying the impact of the use efficiency of post-resettlement support funds on the migrant′s income of large and medium-sized reservoirs, and exploring the impact of environmental variables on the use efficiency of funds and the change in the income level of migrants can provide data support for the high quality and sustainable development of the economy and society in the reservoir resettlement area.Taking the relevant data of three sample counties in Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, from 2016 to 2020 as an example, we analyze the impact of environmental variables on efficiency in each year by taking the migrant funds as an input indicator, the income level of migrants as an output indicator, and the value of per capita GDP and the regional fixed asset investment as an environmental variable, through the combination of DEA three-stage model and Malmquist index method.The results show that environmental variables promote the use efficiency of the post-fund.The fund is more efficient in economically developed regions.After the adjustment of input indicators in Yunfu City, the efficiency each year has been improved, the average value of comprehensive technical efficiency has been increased to 0.875,and the pure technical efficiency is higher than the scale efficiency.So it is necessary to focus on the efficient use of post resettlement funds and further optimize the allocation of resources.
