Abstract:
With continuous advancement of digital technologies, data elements have demonstrated significant driving effects on socio-economic development, as their circulation facilitates the further unleashing of latent data value. Currently, the Changjiang River Basin has established the basic infrastructure for data element circulation systems. However, there is still a lack of standardized frameworks for data storage management and sharing mechanisms. Therefore, this study proposes a hybrid database technology integrating ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to construct a data element circulation platform for the Changjiang River Basin. This platform enables the storage and sharing of four main data elements, including business management data, basic geographic data, time series data, and remote sensing image data. The hybrid database technology designs the data element storage method based on data structure and data indexing, and designes the data element sharing method based on data query, service, and authority management. It provides the data element circulation platform with high-capacity storage, efficient data writing, and concurrent sharing capabilities, while ensuring the security of the entire data element circulation process through blockchain technology, forming a standardized set of data element circulation technologies. The practical application of the Changjiang River Basin data element circulation platform show that the proposed data element circulation technology meets the platform′s application requirements.
