基于便携式三维激光扫描仪的隧洞超欠挖检测

    Tunnel overbreak and underbreak detection based on portable 3D laser scanner using SLAM technology

    • 摘要: 为了高效、准确地检测和评估隧洞开挖质量,以长龙山抽蓄电站隧洞施工为例,提出了基于三维激光扫描技术的超欠挖识别方法,并采用地面扫描仪与基于即时定位与地图构建(SLAM)技术的便携式扫描仪(SLAM扫描仪)对隧洞围岩展开扫描建模与超欠挖检测对比分析,评估了SLAM扫描仪用于超欠挖检测的适用性、可靠性、准确性。结果表明:提出的超欠挖识别方法准确可靠;地面扫描仪虽然精度相对较高,但扫描模型存在局部缺失、点云不均匀等问题;SLAM扫描仪的精度亦可满足工程检测需要,点云模型均匀完整,但存在标靶识别误差较大、点云模型存在累计误差等缺点。研究成果可供地下工程开挖检测借鉴。

       

      Abstract: In order to detect and evaluate the quality of tunnel excavation efficiently and accurately, taking the tunnel construction of Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station as an example, a method for overbreak and underbreak identification based on 3D laser scanning technology was proposed.The terrestrial scanner and portable 3D laser scanner (using simultaneous localization and mapping technology, also known as SLAM scanner) were used to carry out scanning modeling and overbreak and underbreak detection comparative analysis of tunnel surrounding rock, and the applicability, reliability and accuracy of SLAM scanner were evaluated.The results showed that the overbreak and underbreak identification method proposed in this paper was accurate and reliable, although the accuracy of the terrestrial laser scanner was relatively high, there were some problems such as local missing and uneven point cloud.The accuracy of the SLAM scanner can also meet the needs of engineering detection, the point cloud model is uniform and complete, but there are problems such as large target recognition error and cumulative error of the point cloud model.The research results can be used for reference in underground engineering excavation detection.
