Abstract:
Low threshold entrepreneurship has become an important source of livelihood for displaced immigrants, and studying the continuous entrepreneurial willingness of low threshold entrepreneurial immigrants is of great significance for achieving sustainable livelihoods for immigrants. To explore the influencing factors of the continuous entrepreneurial intention of reservoir immigrants, based on the survey data of 323 immigrant entrepreneurs in 6 resettlement communities in Qiaojia County in Baihetan Reservoir area, structural equation and necessity analysis methods were used to comprehensively analyze the impact mechanism and path of the continuous entrepreneurial intention of reservoir immigrants. The results indicate that community social support and entrepreneurial attitude have a positive impact on the willingness to continue entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial networks and resilience play a partial mediating role in promoting continuous entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitude and resilience are necessary conditions that influence the formation of continuous entrepreneurial intention, and each factor has a certain combination effect on continuous entrepreneurial intention. Based on this, policy recommendations are proposed from four aspects: emphasizing the differentiation of immigration entrepreneurship policies, constructing a support system for immigration entrepreneurship, providing innovative post support, and establishing performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms for immigration entrepreneurship.
