基于智能算法的水工隧洞围岩稳定可靠度分析

    Stability reliability analysis of surrounding rock of hydraulic tunnels based on intelligent algorithm

    • 摘要: 收敛约束法多用于水工隧洞设计的初步阶段,但该方法中关于围岩变形的方程为隐式非线性函数,这使得传统的可靠度计算方法求解困难。鉴于此,基于可靠指标的几何含义,将水工隧洞围岩稳定可靠度计算问题转化为约束优化问题,并运用高斯过程回归拟合真实功能函数,再运用成吉思汗鲨鱼优化器进行优化求解,提出了基于高斯过程回归-成吉思汗鲨鱼优化器的水工隧洞围岩稳定可靠度智能算法。算例分析表明,该方法适用性强,计算效率和准确率高,只需少量调用数值模型即可获得可靠指标及失效概率,同时可求得验算点,从而进一步分析各因素对功能函数的敏感性。实例分析表明,拱顶围岩产生中等及以上程度挤压变形的概率为83.81%,产生流变变形的概率为14.46%。与确定性分析相比,可靠度分析可为确定性分析的结果赋予概率意义;就流变变形而言,可靠度分析结果比确定性分析结果更为保守。

       

      Abstract: The convergence-confinement method is mostly used in the preliminary design stage of tunnels, but the formulas for the deformation of the surrounding rock in this method are implicit nonlinear functions, which makes it difficult to solve them by using traditional reliability calculation methods.In view of this, the stability reliability calculation of the surrounding rock of hydraulic tunnels was transformed into a constrained optimization problem based on the geometric meaning of the reliability index.Then, the Gaussian process regression was used to fit the real performance function, and the Genghis Khan Shark Optimizer was used to solve the optimization problem.As a result, a new method for calculating the stability reliability of the surrounding rock of hydraulic tunnels, based on the Gaussian process regression and the Genghis Khan Shark Optimizer, was proposed.The analysis of a calculation example showed that the proposed method has strong applicability, high computational efficiency, and accuracy.In the calculation, the reliability index and failure probability could be obtained by a few times of operating the numerical model, and at the same time, the design points were given, which could be used to further analyze the sensitivity of performance function to each factor.The example of a practical hydraulic tunnel showed that the probability of producing moderate or higher degree of extrusion deformation at the tunnel crown was 83.81% and the probability of producing rheological deformation was 14.46%.Compared with the deterministic analysis, the reliability analysis can give probabilistic significance to the deterministic analysis.With regard to the rheological deformation, the result of the reliability analysis was more conservative than that of the deterministic analysis.
