面向EPC工程智慧管控的多维业务编码体系研究

    Research on multi-dimensional business coding system for intelligent management and control of EPC projects

    • 摘要: 目前EPC工程建设正积极采用BIM技术等信息化手段来提升工程质量和智慧管控效率。为此,以EPC工程为研究对象,探讨了多维业务编码体系的构建与应用,旨在提高工程质量和项目管理效率。首先分析了现有BIM技术在智慧管控编码体系中的应用现状,并指出了各阶段编码体系独立性带来的问题。针对EPC工程全阶段综合性特点,提出了一套统一的多维业务编码体系,包括工作分解结构(WBS)、项目分解结构(PBS)、质量分解结构(QBS)以及清单编码结构,并与实际工程业务相结合。通过Dynamo软件实现自动编码,建立了构件与编码的关联,实现了BIM模型与多种业务之间的有效关联。研究结果表明:该编码体系能够显著节省管理成本,提升了项目管理的数字化水平,为EPC工程智慧管控提供了重要的技术手段,对促进项目管理的可持续发展具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Currently, EPC engineering construction is actively adopting informatization means such as BIM technology to improve engineering quality and intelligent management and control efficiency. Therefore, taking EPC projects as the research object, this paper explored the construction and application of a multi-dimensional business coding system, aiming to improve project quality and management efficiency. Firstly, we analyzed the current application status of existing BIM technology in the intelligent management and control coding system, and pointed out the problems caused by the independence of the coding system at each stage. In view of the comprehensive characteristics of the whole stage of EPC projects, a unified multi-dimensional business coding system was proposed, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Breakdown Structure (PBS), Quality Breakdown Structure (QBS), and Bill of Quantities Coding Structure, and the proposed coding system was combined with actual engineering business. Automatic coding was realized through Dynamo software, an association between components and codes was established, and an effective association between the BIM model and various businesses was achieved. The research results showed that this coding system can significantly save management costs, improve the digital level of project management, provide important technical means for the intelligent management and control of EPC projects, and have important significance for promoting the sustainable development of project management.
