施工期边坡挂渣诱发泥石流的综合防治体系研究

    Study on comprehensive prevention and control systemfor debris flow induced by slope slag accumulation during engineering construction period

    • 摘要: 山区工程建设会扰动周边环境的生态平衡,导致当地泥石流灾害频发。边坡挂渣诱发泥石流具有“小规模、短时突发”的显著特点,其在施工期的防护重点是对临建设施的短时防护。首先分一般情况和存在淤堵-溃决反应两种情况对边坡挂渣诱发泥石流的致灾机理进行系统剖析,讨论了现有泥石流防治措施对于临建设施短时防护的适用性,并结合施工期现有资源条件,综合利用不同工程手段的互补特性,采用分阶段治理原则,设计了一套以“消能、拦渣、沉沙、溢流、导排、固基”为显著特色的综合防治体系。分析表明:该综合防治体系以就地取材为显著特点,可在较低建设运行成本投入条件下实现短时防护目标。相关经验可供工程建设方参考。

       

      Abstract: Engineering construction in mountainous areas disrupts the ecological balance of the surrounding environment, often triggering localized debris flow disasters.Debris flows induced by slope slag accumulation exhibit distinct characteristics of small scale and short-term suddenness, necessitating short-term protection measures for temporary facilities during construction.This study systematically analyzes the disaster-causing mechanisms of such debris flows, based on normal condition and congestion-breaking condition.The applicability of existing debris flow prevention measures for short-term protection is evaluated.Using available resources during construction and integrating the complementary advantages of various engineering methods, a comprehensive prevention and control system is designed based on phased treatment principles, which incorporates energy dissipation, slag retention, sediment deposition, overflow drainage, and foundation stabilization to achieve effective short-term protection with low construction and operational costs.The proposed framework provides practical insights for construction teams in similar scenarios.
