考虑降雨年内变化的河道生态流量计算水力学法

    Hydraulics method for calculating river ecological flow considering intra-annual rainfall variations

    • 摘要: 现有水力学法计算河道生态流量时未能充分考虑山区河流来水年内变化。为此,以广东省流溪河3座梯级水电站为例,开展考虑降雨年内变化的河道生态流量计算水力学法研究,即依据河道内水生生物的适宜用水需求,结合流域降雨量的年内各月分布情况,确定河道断面的水深、流速和各月湿周率标准,进而计算断面各月适宜的河道生态流量。此外,将各月生态流量计算结果与Tennant法评价标准和湿周法的计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明:3座梯级水电站各月生态流量均高于Tennant法的10%(一般状态值)评价标准对应的生态流量,多水期达到了40%(良好状态值)评价标准对应的生态流量,有助于维持少水期河道水生生态系统的稳定;相较于湿周法,3座梯级水电站各月生态流量计算结果更加符合河道在不同来水状况下的生态需求。考虑年内降雨变化的影响,分不同时期研究确定河道每月的生态流量值,可实现河道精细化生态流量管理。

       

      Abstract: To address the limitation of existing hydraulic methods in calculating ecological flow in rivers, which fail to adequately account for intra-annual variations in water inflow in mountainous rivers, this study takes three cascade hydropower stations on the Liuxi River in Guangdong Province as an example.An improved hydraulic method for calculating ecological flow was proposed, incorporating intra-annual rainfall variations.Based on the appropriate water requirements of aquatic organisms in the river and the monthly distribution of rainfall in the basin, the water depth, flow velocity, and monthly wetted perimeter ratio standards for river cross-sections were determined, thereby the monthly ecological flow for each section was calculated.The calculated monthly ecological flows were compared with the evaluation criteria of Tennant method and the results of wetted perimeter method.The results showed that the monthly ecological flows of the three cascade hydropower stations all exceed the values corresponding to the 10% (fair condition) evaluation standard of the Tennant method, reaching the 40% (good condition) standard during high-flow periods, which helped maintain the stability of the aquatic ecosystem in the river during low-flow periods.Compared to the wetted perimeter method, the monthly ecological flow calculations for the three cascade hydropower stations better aligned with the ecological needs of the river under different inflow conditions.Considering the impact of intra-annual rainfall variations, determining monthly ecological flow values through period-based can achieve refined ecological flow management in river channels.
