有限絮凝-真空预压加固疏浚泥效果分析

    Analysis on effectiveness of limited flocculation-vacuum preloading in dredged sludge reinforcement

    • 摘要: 利用石灰絮凝-真空预压技术加固高含水率疏浚泥效果良好,但大规模使用石灰会对生态环境造成不利影响。为此,提出有限絮凝-真空预压技术,即将饱和石灰水溶液灌入排水体并静置一段时间后,利用钙离子改善排水体周围土体结构,再采用真空预压技术快速固结疏浚泥,通过室内模型试验对比分析不同静置时间对加固效果的影响。结果表明:与传统真空预压技术相比,采用有限絮凝-真空预压技术处理的疏浚泥的累计出水量提高了19.4%,含水率降低了21.3%,十字板剪切强度提升了215.1%;综合考虑处理效果与处理效率,认为14 d为最佳絮凝静置时间。研究成果可为疏浚泥的可持续管理和资源化利用提供一种有效的技术途径。

       

      Abstract: The lime flocculation-vacuum preloading technology demonstrates effective reinforcement to high-water-content dredged sludge.However, large-scale lime usage may adversely affect the ecological environment.To address this, a limited flocculation-vacuum preloading technology was proposed.First, a saturated lime water solution was injected into the drainage body and allowed to stand for a period, utilizing calcium ions to improve the soil structure around the drainage body, followed by vacuum preloading to accelerate the consolidation of dredged sludge.The influence of different standing times on reinforcement effectiveness was analyzed through indoor model tests.Results indicate that, compared with traditional vacuum preloading, the limited flocculation-vacuum preloading method increased cumulative water discharge by 19.4%, reduced water content by 21.3%, and enhanced vane shear strength by 215.1%.Considering both treatment effectiveness and efficiency, 14 days was determined to be the optimal flocculation standing time.These findings provide an effective technical approach for the sustainable treatment and resource utilization of dredged sludge.
