秋汛洪水后丹江口水库浮游藻类群落分布机制

    Distribution mechanism of planktonic algae community in Danjiangkou Reservoir after autumn floods

    • 摘要: 汛期洪水往往会对湖库水质产生重要影响,汛期洪水对水质及藻类群落的影响更值得深入探讨。使用偏Mantel分析和冗余分析的方法,分析了2021年汛期洪水后丹江口水库浮游植物分布特征及驱动机制。结果表明: 2021年秋汛洪水对丹江口水库水质影响较大,并导致了汉库和丹库水质及藻类密度的差异。秋汛洪水导致了汉库浊度升高,并由此造成了汉库平均藻密度低于丹库; 秋汛后,丹江口水库浮游藻类共检出15种,以硅藻、隐藻和甲藻为主,指示营养状态为中营养; 库区平均藻密度为2.11×105cells/L,其中汉库藻密度组成以硅藻、甲藻和隐藻为主,甲藻占绝对优势(41.67%),丹库以硅藻、蓝藻和隐藻为主,隐藻占绝对优势(67.18%); 丹库藻类主要受到氮素和有机物的驱动,汉库藻类则受到营养盐、浊度和pH多种水质因子的影响; 秋汛对汉库的影响程度高于丹库,浊度是汉库藻类变化的主要驱动因子。

       

      Abstract: During flood seasons, floods often have a significant impact on the water quality of lakes and reservoirs, and the influence of floods on water quality and algal communities needs in-depth exploration.This study employed partial Mantel tests and redundancy analysis to examine the distribution characteristics of phytoplankton and their driving mechanisms in the Danjiangkou Reservoir following the flood season floods in 2021.The results indicate that the autumn flood in 2021 had a considerable impact on the water quality of the Danjiangkou Reservoir, leading to differences in water quality and algal density between the Han Reservoir and the Dan Reservoir.The autumn flood caused an increase in turbidity in the Han Reservoir, resulting in a lower average algal density compared to the Dan Reservoir.After the autumn flood, a total of 15 species of phytoplankton were identified in the Danjiangkou Reservoir, primarily dominated by diatoms, cryptophytes, and dinoflagellates, indicating a mesotrophic state.The average algal density in the reservoir was 2.11×105 cells/L.In the Han Reservoir, the algal composition was mainly diatoms, dinoflagellates, and cryptophytes, with dinoflagellates the most dominant (41.67%).In contrast, the Dan Reservoir was dominated by diatoms, cyanobacteria, and cryptophytes, with cryptophytes the most prevalent (67.18%).The algal communities in the Dan Reservoir were primarily driven by nitrogen and organic matter, whereas those in the Han Reservoir were influenced by multiple water quality factors, including nutrients, turbidity, and pH.The impact of the autumn flood was more pronounced in the Han Reservoir than that in the Dan Reservoir, and turbidity is the main driving factor for changes in algal communities in the Han Reservoir.
