堤坡斜面下防渗墙体快速无损检测方法

    Rapid non-destructive testing method for anti-seepage walls beneath embankment slopes

    • 摘要: 为快速有效地实现对堤坡斜面下防渗墙墙体深度、连续性以及可能存在的缺陷的无损检测,提出了一种基于天然源面波技术的微动探测防渗墙的方法。先采用探地雷达在垂直防渗墙走向方向进行探测,确定防渗墙轴线在堤坡斜面上的映射位置,再在映射位置上布设微动仪进行墙体完整性及缺陷检测,通过分析测点的频散曲线及剖面视速度变化特征,确定防渗墙体深度和缺陷位置。现场实测及开挖、注水试验和弹性波CT对比验证结果表明:实测墙深、墙体缺陷的位置与传统弹性波CT检测结果基本一致;所测缺陷处渗透性较大,弱透水或中等透水,属质量较差区域,探测结果准确有效。该方法可以实现堤坡斜面下防渗墙体质量的无损检测,且探测结果较为准确,探测成本较低,具有较强的适用性,可为工程质量的判定提供依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to rapidly and effectively achieve non-destructive testing of the depth, continuity, and possible defects of the anti-seepage wall beneath embankment slope, a microtremor detection method for anti-seepage walls based on natural source surface wave technology was proposed.Firstly ground-penetrating radar (GPR) was used to survey perpendicular to the alignment of the anti-seepage wall, determining its projected axis on the slope surface.Then, a microtremor instrument was installed at the mapping axial line to detect the integrity and defects of the wall.By analyzing the dispersion curve and profile velocity variation characteristics of the measuring points, the depth and defect position of the anti-seepage wall were determined.Through on-site measurement, excavation, water injection test, and comparison verification with elastic wave CT, the results showed that the measured wall depth and the location of wall defects were basically consistent with the traditional elastic wave CT detection results.The measured defect manifested weak or moderate permeability, belonging to the area with poor quality, so it proved accuracy and effectiveness of the testing method.According to the actual measurement results and comparative verification, it is shown that this method can achieve non-destructive quality testing of anti-seepage walls beneath embankment slope, which can provide relatively accurate results with low cost and strong applicability, providing a basis for the judgments of engineering quality.
