水毁堤坝工程重建施工质量智能管控技术及应用

    Technologies and applications of intelligent construction quality control for flood-damaged embankment reconstruction projects

    • 摘要: 为确保水毁堤坝工程的重建施工质量,研发了堤坝智能碾压与质量实时监控、防渗墙高压旋喷桩施工质量智能监控、防渗墙TRD施工质量智能监控等技术,实现了对堤坝填筑碾压-高压旋喷-TRD施工全过程质量参数的实时在线监控和快速反馈控制;同时,以智能监控系统为纽带,构建了参建多方深度参与的一体化管控体系。工程实例应用表明:智能管控技术为项目施工质量管理提供了先进的技术手段,解决了管理人员难以全程全覆盖情况下的质量控制难题,为打造优质精品工程提供了强有力的技术保障,也推动了堤坝建设管理向数字化、智能化发展。

       

      Abstract: To ensure the construction quality for the flood-damaged embankment reconstruction, the intelligent rolling and real-time quality monitoring of the dam, the intelligent monitoring on the construction quality of the high-pressure jet grouting pile of cut-off walls, and the intelligent monitoring on the construction quality of the TRD of the cut-off walls were developed. The real-time online monitoring and fast feedback control of the quality parameters of the whole process of dam filling rolling, high pressure jet grouting and TRD construction were realized. At the same time, with the intelligent monitoring system as the link, an integrated management and control system with multi-party deep participation was constructed. The application of engineering examples showed that intelligent management and control technology provided advanced technical means for project construction quality management, solved the problem of quality control when management personnel is unable to provide full coverage, provided strong technical support for building high-quality projects, and also promoted the development of dam construction management to digitization and intelligence.
