接空间弯道侧式进/出水口水力特性优化研究

    Optimization on hydraulic characteristics of side inlet/outlet connected to space turning tunnel

    • 摘要: 随着抽水蓄能电站的大力发展,电站优越选址越来越少,侧式进/出水口与空间弯道相接的情况难以避免。空间弯道在水平和垂向上均存在转弯,对出流工况下进/出水口的水力特性存在极大负面作用(如拦污栅断面流速分布不均匀,孔口流量分配不均等)。以水城抽水蓄能电站下水库为例,采用数值模拟方法对接空间弯道的侧式进/出水口水力特性展开研究;在保持空间弯道布置不变的基础上,通过调整扩散段长度、底板坡度、连接隧洞坡度对原始体型方案进行优化。结果表明:与原始方案相比,优化方案下进/出水口的水力特性得到了明显改善,拦污栅断面流速不均匀系数减小39.6%~45.1%,孔口流量分配不均匀程度减小58.4%~68.2%,各项水力指标均满足设计规范要求。研究成果可为接空间弯道的侧式进/出水口设计提供参考。

       

      Abstract: With the vigorous development of clean energy such as pumped storage power stations, there are fewer and fewer superior addresses suitable for the construction of power stations. In this condition, it is difficult to avoid the situation that the side inlet/outlet is connected to a turning tunnel. The space turning tunnel has a turning in both horizontal and vertical directions, which has a great negative effect on the hydraulic characteristics of the inlet/outlet outflow conditions, such as the uneven distribution of the flow velocity of the trash rack section and the uneven distribution of the orifice flow. In this paper, taking Shuicheng Pumped Storage Power Station as an example, the numerical simulation method was used to study the hydraulic characteristics of the side inlet/outlet connected to a space turning tunnel. Then, on the basis of keeping the layout of the space turning tunnel unchanged, the original design scheme was optimized by adjusting the length of the diffusion section, the slope of the floor and the slope of the connecting tunnel. The results showed that compared with the original scheme, the hydraulic characteristics of the inlet/outlet under the optimized scheme were significantly improved. The non-uniformity coefficient of the flow velocity of the trash rack section was reduced by 39.6%~45.1%, and the non-uniformity of the orifice flow distribution was reduced by 58.4%~68.2%. All hydraulic indicators can meet the design specifications. The research results can provide reference for the design of side inlet/outlet connected to a space turning tunnel.
