检、监测技术在PCCP破坏风险防控中的应用研究

    The Current Status of the Application of Detection and Monitoring Technologies in the Risk Prevention and Control of Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) Damage

    • 摘要: 预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)在输调水工程建设中有重要地位,被广泛使用。作为一种复合管道,其破坏模式多且复杂,破坏的确切类型和程度需依赖于高精度的检测和监测技术来揭示。在总结PCCP常见破坏模式及其成因和危害的基础上,汇总近年来基于电磁检测、超声检测、放射检测技术的PCCP检测方式,提出有应用于PCCP检测潜力的新检测手段;汇总基于分布式光纤技术、声发射技术、压电效应的PCCP监测方式,并呈现了相关检监测技术的应用表现和拓展研究。在此基础上提出材料质量提升、氯离子侵蚀控制、阴极保护和管道寿命预测的PCCP耐久性提升技术。以期启发PCCP行业未来发展方向,推动技术进步以保障PCCP输调水工程安全长久运行。

       

      Abstract: Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) holds an important position in the construction of water conveyance and regulation projects and is widely used. As a composite pipe, its modes of failure are numerous and complex, and the precise types and degrees of failure depend on high-precision detection and monitoring technologies to reveal. Based on a summary of the common modes of failure, causes, and hazards of PCCP, a compilation of PCCP detection methods based on electromagnetic detection, ultrasonic detection, and radiographic detection technologies in recent years is presented, along with the proposal of new detection methods with potential for application in PCCP detection. Additionally, monitoring methods for PCCP based on distributed fiber optic technology, acoustic emission technology, and piezoelectric effects are summarized, and the application performance and further research expansion of the relevant inspection and monitoring technologies are demonstrated. On this basis, it proposes technologies for enhancing the durability of PCCP, such as material quality improvement, chloride erosion control, cathodic protection, and pipeline life prediction. It is hoped to inspire the future development direction of the PCCP industry and promote technological progress to ensure the safe and long-term operation of PCCP water conveyance and regulation projects.
