基于改进座头鲸迁移算法的水电机组检修拆解序列规划

    Overhaul and dismantling sequence planning of hydroelectric unit based on improved humpback whale migration algorithm

    • 摘要: 为提高水电机组设备检修拆解效率,提出一种针对水电机组设备异步并行拆解序列规划的模型及规划方法。首先,通过拆解有向图构建零部件多层次优先约束模型,运用混合搜索策略获取待拆解零部件集合;然后建立以并行拆解时间最小化为目标的拆解序列规划模型,并提出基于自适应策略和局部搜索机制的改进座头鲸迁移算法(HWMA)求解。最后,以水轮机转轮检修为例,采用该方法求解其异步并行拆解序列,实验结果和算例分析对比证明该方法的可行和有效。该方法为水电机组设备检修序列规划提供可推广的新解决方案。

       

      Abstract:   In order to improve the efficiency of overhaul and dismantling of hydroelectric unit equipment, a model and planning method for asynchronous parallel dismantling sequence planning of hydroelectric unit equipment were proposed. Firstly, a multi-level priority constraint model of components was constructed by disassembling the directed graph, and the mixed search strategy was used to obtain the set of parts to be disassembled. Then, a dismantling sequence programming model with the goal of minimizing parallel dismantling time is established, and an improved Humpback Whale Migration Algorithm (HWMA) based on adaptive strategy and local search mechanism is proposed. Finally, taking the overhaul of the turbine runner as
        an example, the method is used to solve the asynchronous parallel dismantling sequence, and the experimental results and the analysis of the example prove that the method is feasible and effective. This method provides a new solution that can be generalized for the planning of equipment maintenance sequences of hydroelectric unit.
