洞庭湖水库群与三峡水库联合防洪调度方式研究

    Research on the Joint Flood Control Operation Method of Dongting Lake Reservoir Group and Three Gorges Reservoir

    • 摘要: 为充分挖掘洞庭湖水库群防洪效益,分析了洞庭湖水库群配合三峡水库对城陵矶地区实施联合防洪调度的启用条件;并提出水库群预留防洪补偿库容不同启用次序和防洪调度方式。结果表明:洞庭湖水库可相机优先启用柘溪、皂市水库,配合三峡水库对城陵矶进行防洪调度;典型洪水条件下,提出的调度方式可减少三峡防洪库容动用量5.05亿~25.85亿m3,降低三峡水库最高调洪水位0.97~3.60 m,在保障城陵矶地区防洪安全的同时,减少三峡水库防洪库容的消耗量,提升水库群整体防洪能力。研究成果可为长江流域水库群联合防洪调度提供参考。

       

      Abstract: To fully tap into the flood control benefits of the Dongting Lake Reservoir Group, the conditions for the joint flood control operation of the Dongting Lake Reservoir Group in conjunction with the Three Gorges Reservoir in the Chenglingji area were analyzed; On this basis, different activation sequences and flood control scheduling methods for reserving flood control compensation storage capacity in reservoir groups are proposed. Research has shown that Dongting Lake Reservoir can prioritize the use of Zhexi and Zaoshi Reservoirs, and cooperate with the Three Gorges Reservoir to carry out flood control operations on Chenglingji; Under typical flood conditions, the scheduling method proposed in this article can reduce the utilization of flood control capacity in the Three Gorges by 505 million m3 to 2.585 billion m3, lower the maximum flood control water level of the Three Gorges by 0.97 m to 3.6 m. While ensuring flood control safety in the Chenglingji area, it can also reduce the consumption of flood control capacity in the Three Gorges Reservoir and enhance the overall flood control capacity of the reservoir group. The research results can provide reference control compensation for joint flood control and scheduling of reservoirs in the Yangtze River Basin.
