向家坝泄水中孔底板与坝体混凝土整体施工控制

    Control of integrated construction of middle outlet floor and concrete of dam body of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station

    • 摘要: 向家坝水电站大坝泄水坝段采用溢流表孔与泄水中孔间隔布置方式。针对中孔混凝土浇筑具有工期紧、钢筋密集、混凝土浇筑施工难度大等特点,采用过流面底板与坝体混凝土同步一次浇筑成型的施工方案。为确保混凝土浇筑质量,在施工过程中,对盲区、钢筋密集区、中孔过流面底板和升层收仓等部位混凝土浇筑采取了一系列的质量控制措施。质量检测结果表明,混凝土密实性及外观质量均满足设计要求。

       

      Abstract: The separated layout of surface spillway and middle outlet is adopted for flood discharge monolith of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station. The concrete pouring of middle outlet has the characteristics of tight construction period, dense steel bar distribution and difficult concrete construction etc., so the construction scheme of one-time concrete pouring and molding of the outlet floor and dam body is adopted. In order to guarantee the quality of concrete construction, a series of quality control measures are carried out for "blind area", dense steel bar distribution area and the floor of middle outlet etc.. The quality check shows that the concrete density and appearance quality meet the design requirement.
