Abstract:
The figure of sluice pier construction was formed when the dam body of Shatuo Hydropower Station was grouted to the elevation of 337m. However, the left part was still in a lower elevation and the right part was reserved as a flow-pass section, which restricted the transportation and equipment arrangement in construction of sluice pier. In order to avoid occupying the crane hoisting time of model plates and other material, a vertical concrete transportation system of belt conveyor was put forward after repeated comparison. In the application, the problems of concrete water loss, external water mixture, aggregate separation, fine aggregate loss were solved successfully, so the designed concrete goals such as strength, slump, sand percentage were realized.
