水平定向钻施工工艺对堤防稳定的影响分析

    Influence of horizontal directional drilling construction technology on safety and stability of embankments

    • 摘要: 随着穿河管线铺设工程数量的快速增长,为保障水平定向钻穿越河道时堤防的安全稳定,科学分析和评价水平定向钻施工对堤防安全的影响是十分必要的。根据对水平定向钻穿越堤防施工工艺的分析,提出Bishop修正公式,用于分析水平定向钻扩孔施工工序对含软弱土层堤防的扰动程度。分别研究水平定向钻穿越设计中的埋深、管径、出土角、入土角和堤防坡比等因素对堤防安全稳定的敏感性。研究结果表明:第一次钻孔施工对堤防背水坡的安全稳定影响最大,建议该类堤防工程施工期安全系数计算值不宜小于1.6;在12倍管径范围内,穿越管线埋深对堤防的安全稳定影响较大,超过12倍管径时,其影响可以忽略不计;穿越管线出、入土角对堤防安全稳定影响可忽略不计。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid increase of pipeline laying projects across rivers, it is very necessary to scientifically analyze and evaluate the influence of horizontal directional drilling construction on safety of embankments in order to ensure the safety and stability of embankments when the horizontal directional drilling crosses the river.Based on the analysis of horizontal directional drilling constriction technology crossing embankment construction, a Bishop correction formula is proposed to analyze the disturbance degree of horizontal directional drilling construction process on embankment containning soft soil layer.We analyze the buried depth, diameter, earth-in angle, earth-out angle and embankment slope on stability of embankment in horizontal directional drilling crossing design.The results show that the first drilling construction has the greatest influence on the safety and stability of the backwater slope of the embankment, and it is suggested that the calculated value of safety factor of embankment during the construction period should not be less than 1.6;in the range of 12 times of pipe diameter, the buried depth of pipeline crossing has a great influence on the safety and stability of the embankment, however the influence could be neglected if exceeding the range.The influences of earth-in angle and earth-out angle are slight.
