长江宜昌站同流量枯水位变化阶段特征及作用机制
Analysis on phase characteristics and influencing mechanism of low-water level corresponding to same flows at Yichang Station on Changjiang River

摘要: 宜昌站枯水位是影响三峡工程坝下游河段正常通航的一个重要因素。在实测成果的基础上系统分析了1950~2021年宜昌站6 000 m~3/s流量下枯水位的变化趋势及影响因素。分析表明:自20世纪50年代以来,宜昌站枯水位先后经历了波动、下降、突变、再下降及趋近稳定的过程,其变化形态具有明显的阶段特征;分析原因后认为河床冲淤变化及下游侵蚀基准面变化是决定宜昌站枯水位升、降或稳定的作用机制;下游荆江河段裁弯取直、葛洲坝枢纽建设及运行、建筑骨料开采及河道采砂、航道维护疏浚、特殊水沙年份导致河床演变、三峡枢纽建设及运行、上游水库梯级联合调度、河道整治防护工程实施等均是影响作用机制变化的因素,但宜昌站枯水位变化的不同阶段起主导作用的因素并不相同。Abstract: The low-water level at Yichang Station is an important factor affecting the normal navigation on the river reaches below the Three Gorges Dam.Based on the measured results,this paper analyzed the variation trend and influencing factors of the low-water levels corresponding to the discharge flow 6000m3/s at Yichang Station from 1950 to 2021.The analysis results shows that the low-water levels at Yichang Station had experienced the process of fluctuation,decline,mutation,again decline and then stabilization successively since the 1950s.And the change pattern had obvious phase characteristics.It was concluded that the change of channel erosion and deposition,and the erosion basis were the determining mechanism of rise,decline and stability of low-water levels at Yichang Station.There were also lots of influencing factors that affected the changes of these mechanisms,such as the bend cutting and straightening of the downstream Jingjiang River reach,the construction and operation of Gezhouba Project,the building aggregate mining and channel sand mining,channel maintenance and dredging,riverbed evolution in special year of water and sand,the construction and operation of Three Gorges Project,joint operation of upstream cascade reservoir,and the implementation of river regulation and protection projects.However,there were different factors that led the changes in different phases of the low-water levels change at Yichang Station.
