Exploration on comprehensive productivity resettlement for immigrants of controlling reservoirs

The employment and prosperity are basic need and right for immigrants. With the development of society and economy, the immigrants' income tends to be pluralistic, and the household expenses increase successively, so the simplex planting resettlement mode can not meet the demand of their production and living. Based on development-oriented resettlement policy, the immigrants' production and livings condition before and after the resettlement of Yunxian County, the reservoir area of Danjiangkou Project of Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion, are analyzed and compared. According to analysis and comparison results, the land-based comprehensive productivity resettlement mode is suggested, through which, to obtain reasonable and effective use of various resources and better resettlement of the immigrants, and also ensures the social stability in the resettlement area and further promotes the local social and economical development.
