Problems in archives management of completion acceptance of water conservancy projects

The check and acceptance of archives before the completion acceptance of water conservancy project is necessary. The completion acceptance of the project would be denied if the archives management can not meet the relative requirement. On the basis of the working experience in the check and acceptance of archives in completion acceptance of a risk removal and reinforcement of dangerous reservoir and upgrade works of a pumping station, we analyzed the problems and their causes in archives check and acceptance, such as the incomplete archiving of the files, irregular files formation and compilation. The relative measures to improve the archives management are put forward by the consideration of the filing requirement, so as to ensure the smooth completion acceptance of water conservancy project.
