    Study on equipment debugging technique of full balance vertical ship lift in Shuikou Hydropower Station

    • Full balance vertical ship lift is the effective way to solve the navigation problem crossing high dam, and strict equipment debugging should be implemented before the formal operation. In this paper, a series of problems found in equipment debugging and their solutions are introduced, including technical parameter setting, logic atresia condition optimization, man-machine interface and database functions. At present, the equipment running state meets the design requirements. According to the practical experience of equipment debugging of Shuikou ship lift, the key techniques of equipment debugging of full balance vertical ship lift with wire rope windlass are summarized, which can provide reference for the domestic ship lift construction.
