Abstract
In order to solve the problems of friction occlusion failure between the pump body and impeller of traditional magnetic centrifugal pump, reduce the difficulty of installation and maintenance, and eliminate the heat produced by eddy current loss, the structure of magnetic centrifugal pump is optimized. An innovative design of ring seal structure for the opening ring of fluorine plastic magnetic pump is suggested, which simplifies the structure of the pump rotor, enhances the strength and pressure resistance of the isolation sleeve, and eliminates the eddy current loss at the same time. The results show that the new type magnetic centrifugal pump is stable in operation, low in vibration, high in temperature tolerance of 160 ℃, and its operating efficiency is as high as 67.8%, reaching or surpassing the national advanced level.
