    Study on the Multi-Objective Coordinated Scheduling Method for Rubber Dams at Estuaries

    • The rubber dam at the mouth of the sea has multiple dispatching objectives, such as flood discharge and drainage, tide retention, water storage, prevention and control of seawater intrusion, provision of ecological water and prevention of siltation. At the same time, it is located at the river sea boundary, and has the dispatching characteristics of two-way water retaining, one-way water flow, and drainage at low tide, which jointly determines the complexity and arduousness of its multi-objective collaborative dispatching task, which has been rarely studied at home and abroad in the past. In this study, a collaborative joint operation model was established based on the six objectives of "coordination between flood discharge and flood drainage and prevention of seawater backflow, coordination between ecological discharge and prevention of seawater intrusion, and coordination between retaining and storing fresh water and sand flushing and silting". Through multi-objective collaborative operation of Gongjiadao rubber dam in both wet and dry years, the flood peak that may cause flood disasters smoothly passed through the dam and entered the sea by making full use of the scheduling window period formed by flood level and sea tide level difference. The large flow flood was effectively used for scouring and silting and dredging the river channel; There was no seawater backflow in the whole process; After the flood peak, the dam height is adjusted to meet the objectives of water storage, ecological discharge and prevention of seawater intrusion. The surface and groundwater environment in the estuary area is continuously improved, which verifies the effectiveness of the research method. It lays the foundation for the establishment of multi-objective cooperative operation theory and model of rubber dam at the estuary, and has important reference value.
