Abstract
To address the issue that inaccurate simulation parameters of the concrete temperature stress field and insufficient perception of temperature and stress in pumping station projects lead to significant blindness and risk in concrete temperature control and crack prevention, a pumping station temperature control and crack prevention method based on the construction process evaluation of separated item project is proposed. Firstly, the inspection items in the construction process of pumping station projects are sorted out. Combined with specifications, a separated item project quality evaluation system covering the entire process of concrete before opening, after opening, after closing, and after formwork removal is established, and the evaluation grade standards are divided.Secondly, the improved CRITIC-entropy weight-TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the construction process quality of separated item project. Through the established closed-loop control process of "process evaluation+dynamic early warning", real-time early warnings are issued according to different evaluation grades, and the precautions or rectification measures in the construction process of the next separated item project are timely fed back. Finally, a case analysis and verification are conducted in combination with the Shengjin Lake Pumping Station Project. The results show that the separated item project quality evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation early warning method improve the construction quality of separated item project and effectively ensure the overall safety of the structure through dynamic control of the construction process and feedback of rectification measures, which can provide technical support for temperature control and crack prevention in pumping stations and similar projects.
